Why me?

In 15 years across FMCG and Beauty at Reckitt Benckiser, L'Oréal, and Shiseido, I've always been the one to shake things up. I've built commercial teams, expanded brands globally, and nearly tripled revenue in my last permanent role. What I've learned: my real strength isn't execution alone - it's seeing what others don't and acting on it, whether or not it's been done before.

I have an instinct for spotting what's missing: the gap in a growth plan, the untapped opportunity or collaboration, the overlooked idea. I see connections others don't, often pulling inspiration from unexpected places: sports, art, and design. That curiosity drives commercial wins, backed by big-business rigor.
