Before diving into details, we'll have exploratory conversations. We ask a lot of questions to get to the core of the challenge and opportunity - and to make sure we're a good match on energy and working style.
Once we both agree to move forward, we'll choose the right package. Sometimes that's a pilot project; other times the need is clear enough to start a 4-6 month engagement right away.
From there, we typically work through three phases (depending on your needs, one might be longer, shorter, or skipped): Discovery & Strategy, Implementation Plan, Execution & Connection.
What's the typical flow of our collaboration?
01 - Discovery & Strategy.
We start by understanding your brand's vision, capabilities, challenges, and competitive landscape. This phase uncovers the real opportunities behind your growth potential, from identifying whitespace in the market to clarifying your brand positioning. Together, we build the strategic foundation that guides every decision moving forward.
02 - Implementation Plan.
A structured roadmap translating strategy into action. Once the strategy is defined, we convert it into a clear, step-by-step plan. This includes prioritising initiatives, defining timelines, mapping out resources, and establishing the channels and partnerships needed for execution.
03 - Execution & Connection.
We activate the plan through hands-on execution, from developing go-to-market activities to building brand visibility and strengthening retail or industry relationships. This includes ongoing optimisation, founder or team support, and leveraging our network to accelerate opportunities. We stay closely involved to ensure momentum, consistency, and meaningful long-term impact.
